When we really think about it, we trust and listen to our bodies for SO many things- when we’re cold, we search for a jumper or put the heater on, when we need to go to the toilet, we take ourselves to the bathroom, but when it comes to food, we seem to have lost our way a little. We’ve lost our fine tune sense of hunger, satiety and fullness. We’ve become dependent on others [diets] telling us what, when and how to eat! Today we’d love to introduce a concept called ‘eating awareness’.

Feeling a little out of touch with what hungry, satisfied and full feel like for you? That’s totally ok, it might have been a long time since we’ve given ourselves permission to check in with ourselves on these feelings.

Today, we encourage you to be curious with yourself and write down all the words that come to mind next to each of the below, of how you feel when you are;

  1. Hungry
  2. Satisfied
  3. Full
